Donation Form

Reasons to Sponsor:

    - Advertisement in our Tournament guide.

    - Posters/Banners displayed in the gymnasium.

    - Maps to stores/restaurants included in the tournament guide.

    - Raffles for donated items.

Demographics:

    - Players are 10 – 18 years old.

Accessibility:

    - Practices: 85 players, and 50 parents at weekly practices.

    - Four all day tournaments (8:30am – 5:30pm):  80-100 players and 80-100 parents.

    - Parents often look for a break during the day.

    - Parents often take their children out to eat following a tournament.

Timing:

    - Tryouts are 2 weeks before Thanksgiving

    - Practices and Tounaments are the 3 months after Christmas (during the slower time of the year for most retail establishments)
