Shuttle Squads will practice with their associated Travel/Tournament Teams.
For example:
'Ospreys - Shuttle' will practice with the 'Ospreys'.
Please note the practice times relate to the time slot the team has access
to a court in the gym. Individual Teams made decide to arrive early or
leave late to perform activities such as: team building, team management,
off-court warm-ups, etc. The specific times will be discussed with each
team at their first practice.
